Shipping & Returns

We ship in small batches from Meridian, Idaho. Here’s what to expect, broken down by where you are and what happens after the box arrives.

Shipping inside the US

  • Handling time — orders ship within 2–4 business days of being placed. If you order Friday afternoon, the package leaves us the following week.
  • Transit time — delivery takes an additional 3–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, depending on your address. West-coast orders arrive faster from Idaho than east-coast ones.
  • Tracking — you’ll get a tracking email the moment the carrier picks the package up. If you don’t see it within 4 business days of ordering, write to us and we’ll dig in.
  • Rates — flat $7 for orders under $40, free above. Calculated at checkout.

International shipping

Currently US-only. We’ve had Canadian and UK customers ask, and we’d love to ship there — once we’ve sorted customs paperwork for ingredient declarations, we’ll re-open international. If you’re outside the US and want to know when, drop a note at hello@ekgisnaturals.com and we’ll email when international ordering opens.

Packaging

  • Recycled kraft paper mailers and boxes — no plastic film, no bubble wrap.
  • Crinkle paper for cushion, recycled and recyclable.
  • No printed marketing inserts — saves paper, keeps the unboxing quiet.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged

Write to us within 7 days of the tracking marking "delivered." Include your order number and a short note about what happened (and a photo if anything broke in transit). We’ll either re-send the order at no charge or refund in full, your choice. The carrier’s "delivered" timestamp isn’t always accurate — if your tracking says delivered and the package isn’t there, give it 48 hours and check with neighbors first.

Returns

Body care is personal. We want you to actually use what you buy — and we want anything that doesn’t agree with you off your shelf.

  • Unopened products — return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@ekgisnaturals.com with your order number first; we’ll send a prepaid return label and process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.
  • Opened products — if a product doesn’t agree with your skin or arrives damaged, write to us within 30 days. We’ll refund or swap, your call. No need to return what you opened — keep it (or compost the contents and recycle the container).
  • After 30 days — we can’t process a formal return, but we still want to hear about it. Quality complaints inform the next batch.

Exchanges

We don’t run a formal exchange flow — if you ordered the wrong scent, returning the unopened one for refund and re-ordering is faster. Write to us if it’s urgent and we can sometimes ship the swap before the original gets back.

Refund timing

Once we receive a returned product (or accept a damaged-item claim), refunds process back to your original payment method within 5 business days. The card issuer may take another 3–5 days to show the credit; if it’s past 10 business days since we confirmed the refund, write to us and we’ll send the transaction reference.

Wholesale and gifting orders

Different terms apply to wholesale and corporate gifting — typically longer lead times and a no-return policy on bulk batches. Write to hello@ekgisnaturals.com for the wholesale sheet before ordering.
